Change and Cancellation Policies


Using our website implies full acceptance, without exception, of all the conditions established here. By completing all confirmed reservations, you indicate that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Please note that most travel reservations are non-refundable and cancellations, when permitted by each Provider, will incur an extra cost.

These fees may be up to 100% of the cost of the reservation, whether travel has commenced or we are responsible for paying such cancellation fees on your reservation, you agree to indemnify us for such costs. Any reservation in progress after final payment must be modified according to the availability, Rates and Terms of each Airline, Hotel or other Suppliers.


Exchange Policy:


In addition to fare increases, if allowed, cancellations or changes may be subject to fees/penalties (these vary based on factors such as airlines, market, and applicable fare regulations), which can be up to $150 or more for domestic flights and $200 or more for international flights, plus Vayama fares of up to $100 per ticket. All change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the original flight’s scheduled departure time.


Cancellation policy:


Some airlines allow cancellation within 24 hours of booking without penalty; The rules will be according to the airline, the date of the trip and the type of rate. Otherwise, the tickets will not be refundable. There is a $7.00 USD processing fee for itineraries that include more than one carrier; other flights will not have a fee. This fee is non-refundable, will be charged for each ticket purchased and may appear as a separate charge on your credit card.

Charges charged by airlines:
In addition to the charges imposed by the airline in the event of changes or cancellations, Viajes 305 will charge a non-refundable service fee.
Additional Charges: You should be aware that hotels, car rental companies or other providers may charge additional taxes that cannot be paid in advance. Many companies require you to physically show a credit card at check-in


Baggage charges:


There is no uniform policy. Every airline has its own terms and conditions. And they can change their baggage policies at any time and without notice. You should be sure to check the baggage policy with your chosen airline prior to departure.

Depending on the type of ticket you are purchasing, you may be able to check in your luggage when making your reservation or contact our Customer Service Department directly. However, some airlines may require additional baggage to be checked in directly with them. Additional charges may apply for baggage. Contact the airline for details on their checked baggage policy.


Departure taxes:


There are cases where the departure tax is paid to the government of the country of departure and is non-refundable.

Fees for transactions, conversion and foreign currency transactions:

Travel 305 You may charge a fee when purchasing travel services through our website. The charges will be, among other things, for the modifications of days in your trip, using our website or online transactions. You agree to pay these charges to Viajes 305 and allow us to charge them to your credit card. Some service costs are non-refundable. The corresponding currency conversion fee, a number of financial institutions, such as banking and credit card companies, applying international transaction costs and foreign exchange trading. Some transactions made by Viajes 305 may be billed in foreign currencies and may charge the financial institution’s currency conversion fee. This also applies to the credits you receive from Viajes 305. This means that the amount shown on your bank or credit card account report may be the same as your local currency and therefore be a different figure. than the one that appears on the confirmation page of your purchase on our website. In addition, a foreign currency transaction fee may be assessed if your financial institution is outside of the United States.


Responsibility:


Our mission is to make sure that your travel arrangements are as successful as possible. However, Viajes 305 and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or work for entities that offer goods and services for your trip; lodging facilities, airlines, ships, long-distance buses, or other transportation companies, guide services, local ground staff, optional excursion providers or organizers, catering providers, etc. The entities and persons mentioned are independent contractors and are not related in any way to Viajes 305

It is important to remember that when you purchase travel services, there are additional terms and conditions from the Providers. You should read these terms carefully as they govern the travel services you purchase, and you agree to comply with the provider’s terms, including cancellation rules, imposed by any provider with whom you choose to travel. Also, for air travel products, you should read the full fare policies of the airline from which you have chosen to purchase our services. You should also be aware that providers can change their prices without notice.


Airport and security:


You must call the airline, it is your responsibility to communicate before the departure of your flight to confirm the schedule and safety rules.
You must act in such a way as to provide a safe environment for everyone on board. You may be required to give up your seat if a seat is required by a government official, due to the weight of cargo or other circumstances beyond your control.


Policy regarding children and unaccompanied minors:


Regardless of age, all minors are welcome on board. Make sure you are aware of the regulations regarding your children according to their ages.
The age we take into account is the age of the child on the date of departure of the flight. For children from 1 to 11 years old, an additional charge will apply. Children over 12 years old must book in advance as adults. When reserving a room for a minor, the minor’s legal guardian must purchase this service. If you are making a reservation for an unaccompanied minor, you should review the unaccompanied minor travel policy with the airline you are flying on and contact them directly. Viajes 305 does not provide such services. You must book this service directly with the line you will be traveling with. Please contact the airline prior to booking to confirm availability. If you are booking an unaccompanied minor, it is your responsibility to ensure that all travel arrangements are made before finalizing your request. Any modification or removal of these requirements may result in a fee being charged for the modification or cancellation of your reservation.


You understand and agree to pay any cancellation or change fees incurred. In different cases, some hotels do not allow changes or cancellations of reservations that have already been made, this will be reflected in the rules and restrictions of the hotel. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to your reservations.


Please note that in some jurisdictions commercial use, local hotel lodging taxes, service charges, hotel taxes and other charges may apply. Whenever possible, you will be paid directly at the time of registration.


Most hotel providers require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover additional charges. This deposit is not related to any payment received by Viajes 305 for the hotel reservation.
